Originally, I only booked a room with a first-class sea view, but after staying for three days, I realized that the most amazing thing about it was not the room, but the surrounding facilities and transportation convenience - there was no need to check the navigation when going out, and popular attractions and food beaches were all within walking or short driving distance.   The Hecuo subway station is located downstairs from the hotel, and Line 2 extends to both ends. There is no need to change lines to Xiamen Station or Jimei Study Village, and there is no need to worry about not getting a taxi while dragging a suitcase. The hotel also comes with free airport transfers and designated shuttle buses. When I landed at Takasaki Airport, I arranged a time with the front desk one day in advance. As soon as I left the gate, I saw the driver holding a sign waiting and parked steadily at the hotel entrance for 20 minutes, saving even taxi fares. If you want to go to Gulangyu Pier, please register at the front desk in advance. The fine sand on the beach is soft, and you can even dig up small crabs during low tide. Next to it is Guanyin Mountain Dream Park. If you want to play water sports, you can walk there. In the evening, you can go back to the hotel and take a hot shower without having to sweat and drive. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the surrounding CBD business district, where local seafood stalls, chain milk tea shops, and 24-hour convenience stores are all available. If you're craving late night snacks, you can go downstairs and walk two steps to buy them, without having to wait for half an hour for takeout.
  Strolling around the area is even more worry free. It takes only 10 minutes by car to get to Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center and Strait Grand Theater. There is no need to leave two hours in advance to attend exhibitions or performances. After the show ends, you can return to the hotel and rest in just over ten minutes. Driving south along Huandao Road, within 20 minutes, you can connect Huangcuo Beach, Yefengzhai, Zengcuo An, Shapowei, and finally reach Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. I rented a shared electric bike and strolled along the coastline, enjoying the sea breeze and feeling much more comfortable than being stuck in a car. If you want to go to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and stroll around Old Xiamen, it takes a stable 20 minute drive to arrive. After watching the night view, you don't have to worry about changing routes.
  The most surprising thing is that it is also very convenient to go to concerts or sports games. The hotel has a free one-way bus directly to Xiamen Olympic Sports Center. After watching the performance, you don't have to squeeze in the traffic for half an hour. You can return to your room in 20 minutes by taking the hotel car, without having to drag your tired body and take a taxi.
